Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX/UI Senior to join our team in Argentina. In this role, you will lead design projects for our clients and work closely with our UX/UI designers and developers to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience. You will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the UX/UI team.
Job responsibilities
- Lead design projects for our clients, including conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all projects
- Contribute to user research and usability testing activities
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Contribute to the growth and development of the UX/UI team
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and achievements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Familiarity with design systems and best practices for web and mobile design
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working remotely and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish
